Savers

I shop at this Savers location regularly and have always had positive experiences until this visit. I purchased several items and was told I could return the following day to pick them up. When I arrived, I waited patiently for over 20 minutes while staff searched for my purchase. Eventually, the store manager came outside and informed me that the items had already been picked up. Since the items were no longer in the store despite being paid for and never received by me, it was clear there had been a mistake. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of offering an apology or acknowledging the inconvenience, the manager immediately instructed me to move away from the entrance and wait in the sun again after I had already been waiting for quite some time. I requested a refund, but the interaction became unnecessarily tense, so I chose to leave. Later, my wife returned to obtain the refund. She was not there to argue or revisit the earlier interaction—she simply wanted to complete the refund process. Unfortunately, the manager was unprofessional toward her, brought up the earlier incident without being prompted, made negative comments about me, stat

Excellent store for clothes that have been donated, because the person didn't have any use for them anymore. So others can purchase them at a far reduced price and they still have much use to them. Some of the donations have the price tags on them I bought a Brand New pair of pants for 9.00 and the ticket price was 62.99 from J.C.PENNY . I purchased a pair of pants on my first time I went there and I got the pants on and checked to see how they fit and they were perfect right waist size and length was perfect and I received a little gift while looking to see if there was any damage or tears to the pants I checked the rt. Pocket and I felt something and I pulled it out and I found a $20.00 bill so did I not only get the pants for a huge price cut from $62.99 to $9.00 but I found the $20.00 bill in the pocket.so I made a profit of $11.00 . SO WHEN YOU PURCHASE SOME OF THE GREAT BARGAINS DON'T FORGET TO CHECK THE POCKETS. THEY ALSO HAVE A COLOR CODE FOR PRICE TAGS ON A DAILY BASIS EACH DAY THERE IS A DIFFERENT COLOR AND YOU CAN GET A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE. YOU MIGHT FIND A COAT,OR A NEW HOODIE AND THE TAG SAYS $9.99 BUT BECAUSE IT IS THE COLOR TAG SPECIAL FOR THAT DAY THE PRICE

This Savers has a decent selection of items, and it’s usually possible to find something worthwhile if you’re willing to look. However, there are a few ongoing issues that hurt the overall experience. The staff can sometimes come across as rude or bothered when asked for assistance, which makes the store feel unwelcoming. Additionally, the store is often quite dirty, with clothing frequently scattered all over the floor. I understand that they deal with a very high volume of customers every day, but some improvements could really help such as more frequent floor checks, better organization of clothing racks, and additional customer service training to ensure a more positive and helpful attitude.
